women's upcycled denim jacket: jersey appliqué

This is an upcycled Express Jacket, size M. It is a medium wash with a stretch to it.  It is a button closure with top load breast pockets and sideload lower pockets.  It is 85% cotton, 13% polyester, 2% spandex.  The back features an underlying jersey fabric with an overlying black jersey cutouts, done with hand appliqué in bright blue stitching.  A popped collar reveals the phrase "Tangled up in Blue" (Bob Dylan).
